📋 Description

• • The Director of Strategic Operations & Enterprise Transformation is a senior execution leader responsible for driving delivery of strategic initiatives and enterprise improvement efforts at Availity, a leading healthcare engagement platform connecting over 2 million providers and processing over 12 billion transactions annually.
• • Day to day, the role involves executing and supporting delivery of enterprise priorities, translating strategic direction into detailed execution plans with milestones and metrics, coordinating cross-functional dependencies across Product, Technology, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams, leading programs such as enterprise change initiatives and product launch readiness, running governance forums and status reviews, developing execution dashboards and executive summaries, partnering with functional leaders to enable change adoption, and leading and developing a small team or program pod while contributing to shared tools and playbooks.
