• • As Director, Strategy at Real Chemistry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, driving long-term growth objectives through collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. • • Day to day, you will own strategy development for projects, pitches, and client work; turn data into original brand stories; lead brand positioning and culture initiatives; design and facilitate senior-level client workshops and internal brainstorms; lead research design for qualitative and quantitative approaches; oversee comms and annual brand planning processes; provide leadership and mentorship to the strategy team; and manage and develop junior team members to ensure high-quality output.
