  • • A core responsibility will be the enhancement of critical trading algorithms, including VWAP, LSA, IS, and Dark pools. Your work will directly impact the achievement of best execution for our clients, ensuring optimal trading outcomes.
  • • This role involves the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, taking them from conceptualization through to production.
  • • You will conduct rigorous performance reviews of deployed models, continuously validating their effectiveness in live trading environments.
  • • Analyzing A/B test results will be a key activity, providing data-driven recommendations for new strategies to further optimize algorithm performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • • Minimum of three years of experience in systematic trading and Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) to improve trading algorithms and systematic outcomes.
  • • Experience with coaching large language models for quantitative analysis.
  • • Knowledge of US Equity market, trading algorithms, and market microstructure.
  • • Technical proficiency in Python, KDB Q, Snowflake, and MCP.
