- • As the Director, Technical Account Manager at Onemagnify, you will be instrumental in elevating the performance of the Emodo Exchange and ensuring unparalleled client success across both demand-side and supply-side integrations. This pivotal role demands a unique blend of deep technical acumen and hands-on account optimization expertise, driven by data-informed strategies and proactive partner engagement. You will be the linchpin connecting our DSP partners, supply-side collaborators, product and engineering teams, and the wider sales and operations organization, all with the unified goal of enhancing marketplace quality, accelerating revenue growth, and fostering robust partner satisfaction.
- • In this capacity, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for Emodo's most valuable exchange partners. Your responsibilities will extend to cultivating and nurturing enduring relationships with clients on both the supply and demand sides of the ecosystem. A key facet of your role will involve leading the integration processes for new partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient setup that facilitates rapid scaling and adoption.
- • You will be tasked with meticulously analyzing partner performance data to extract actionable insights. These insights will form the basis for implementing strategic optimizations designed to significantly improve client success metrics and overall platform performance. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering departments to conceptualize, develop, and deploy innovative tools, sophisticated dashboards, and insightful reporting mechanisms that empower both internal teams and our external partners with critical, data-driven perspectives.
- • A significant portion of your focus will be dedicated to Private Marketplace (PMP) Operations and Campaign Activation. This includes overseeing the precise setup and ongoing optimization of PMP deals through Emodo's proprietary curation platform. You will act as the central coordinator, liaising with DSPs, Sales teams, and external buyers to guarantee swift, accurate deal execution and to proactively troubleshoot any arising issues.
- • Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring the performance of PMP inventory, providing expert advice on enhancements related to ad formats, targeting strategies, and inventory packaging to maximize yield and efficiency.
- • Taking full ownership of marketplace performance decisions is paramount. You will execute data-driven optimizations, meticulously aligned with partner needs and strategic objectives, to ensure Emodo consistently meets and surpasses key performance indicators (KPIs) related to latency, fill rates, and monetization.
- • Proactive identification and mitigation of quality risks are essential. This involves diligently monitoring Human IVT (Invalid Traffic) scanning and taking ownership of supply-side flagging and blocking. You will also oversee ad quality scanning processes, managing demand-side flagging and blocking, and meticulously tracking and troubleshooting blocked bids to unlock potential revenue through corrective actions.
- • You will lead critical initiatives related to ads.txt and app-ads.txt implementation across all publisher integrations, ensuring compliance and maximizing discoverability. Monitoring and optimizing Supply Chain Object (Schain) compliance and effectiveness will be a core responsibility, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the ad supply chain.
- • Actively managing traffic integrity and health is non-negotiable. This includes the detection of abnormal traffic patterns and ensuring the accurate classification of all traffic, safeguarding the quality of the Emodo Exchange.
- • You will be responsible for monitoring and resolving billing discrepancies across both demand and supply sources. This requires working cross-functionally to diagnose root causes and diligently maintain discrepancy rates below the critical threshold of 5% per partner.
- • Supporting the successful launch of new geographic markets, innovative ad formats, and emerging supply routes will be a key contribution. This involves analyzing the outcomes of these launches and providing clear, data-backed go/no-go recommendations.
- • You will spearhead Emodo's Supply Path Optimization (SPO) initiatives, strategically aligning partner connections with established performance benchmarks to ensure the most efficient and effective pathways for ad delivery.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic account management, or technical operations, ideally within an exchange, SSP, or DSP environment.
- • Familiarity with PMP setup, OpenRTB, ads.txt, app-ads.txt, schain, and IVT standards.
- • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis; familiarity with SQL or advanced reporting platforms is a significant plus.
- • A solid understanding of auction mechanics, discrepancy resolution, and media campaign delivery processes.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
