- • Lead financial reporting, technical accounting, and corporate accounting initiatives across Kaseya Holdings Inc., a global provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers and internal IT organizations.
- • Oversee the preparation and delivery of external financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and partnering with internal stakeholders and external auditors for quarterly debt compliance and annual filings.
- • Serve as the technical accounting expert for complex transactions including leases, equity, cloud computing arrangements, impairments, and other non-standard transactions, while drafting and maintaining technical accounting memos and policies.
- • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for corporate entities, ensuring accurate accounting for intercompany transactions, allocations, and consolidations, and supporting internal and external audits with SOX compliance.
- • Lead and develop a high-performing technical accounting team, drive improvements in reporting, systems, and internal controls, and partner closely with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and senior leadership on financial analysis, disclosures, and strategic initiatives.
- • Contribute to Kaseya’s sustained double-digit growth by shaping technical accounting strategy, scaling processes, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment backed by Insight Venture Partners.
