- • The Director of Value Analysis leads the assessment of clinical spend, cost, function, and utilization using cost, quality, and patient outcome data to identify improvement opportunities and drive best practice recommendations across Premier Inc.'s health system clients.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading and managing the Value Analysis process, facilitating multidisciplinary teams, preparing data presentations and meeting agendas, collaborating with supply chain and clinical stakeholders, identifying waste reduction and contractual negotiation opportunities, and communicating results to executive leadership through the Value Analysis Steering Committee.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s in a clinical field or RN preferred; Master’s degree preferred
- • 7+ years of applicable experience, including 8+ years combined clinical experience in procedural or critical care hospital settings
- • CVAHP certification required within 2 years of hire; management experience required with progressive leadership preferred
