- • The Discovery Diagnostic Field Application Scientist at Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, provides critical sales support for diagnostics and genomics products, driving customer success through technical expertise and solution-based selling in the life sciences industry.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with sales and marketing teams to address customer challenges, delivering product demonstrations and technical training, managing leads via Salesforce, developing web content and webinars, and building long-term customer relationships through design-in activities and application support across the APAC region.
- • The role is part of the Discovery Commercial APAC Team, reporting to the Japan Diagnostics and Genomics Commercial Leader, and operates within a culture of innovation and continuous improvement focused on advancing human health through science.
- • The position offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in genomics and diagnostics, particularly single-cell and NGS technologies, while developing cross-functional collaboration skills, gaining international exposure, and contributing to life-saving scientific advancements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of research experience in life sciences, with preference for experience in single-cell or NGS applications.
- • Proficiency in English communication for effective collaboration across APAC and global teams.
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for managing leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
