📋 Description

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Velera Disputes solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and responsiveness to industry trends.
• Create messaging frameworks and value propositions that clearly articulate the unique benefits of Disputes solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing teams to produce client-facing collateral including case studies, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership content.
• Identify and pursue public relations opportunities such as industry awards, speaking engagements, and recognition programs to enhance brand visibility.
• Equip internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Service) with training materials, tools, and strategic messaging to effectively communicate solution capabilities.
• Develop and deliver high-impact presentations for leadership discussions, client forums, and industry events, both virtually and in person.
• Build and implement client feedback processes to inform continuous improvement and strategic positioning of Disputes solutions.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to guide strategic decisions and maintain market relevance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution of marketing, enablement, and client engagement initiatives.
• Advocate for both clients and the organization by enhancing user experiences and fostering trust through transparent, client-centered communication.
• Demonstrate strong ability to present to multiple organizational levels and influence stakeholders across departments.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex financial technology concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Apply analytical and quantitative skills to evaluate market data, client feedback, and performance metrics to drive strategic improvements.
• Exercise discretion and sound judgment in decision-making related to client engagement and strategic positioning.
• Travel up to 25% as needed for client meetings, industry events, or internal collaborations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, client engagement, or enablement roles with demonstrated leadership in thought leadership and go-to-market strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills; graphic design experience preferred
• Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
