- • The Distressed Passenger Agent plays a critical role in ensuring passengers facing travel disruptions are promptly and safely accommodated during irregular operations, directly supporting customer experience and operational continuity for Corpay’s Lodging division.
- • Day to day, the agent receives booking requests via multiple channels (ConneX App, email, chat, phone, screen printer, walk-ups), coordinates hotel accommodations with vendors, manages emergency relocations, processes payments, maintains accurate records in TA Connections System, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve passenger issues under pressure during flight delays or cancellations.
- • Corpay is a global technology leader in commercial payments, specializing in solutions for fuel, payables, toll, and lodging expenses, serving millions across 80+ countries with a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and regulatory compliance.
- • In this role, the agent will develop expertise in crisis coordination, hotel sourcing and negotiation, operational workflow management under pressure, and cross-functional collaboration — gaining valuable experience in travel logistics, customer service excellence, and compliance-driven operations within a multinational fintech environment.

- • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- • Proficiency with Connex and PC tools
- • Reliable internet connection (100 mbps or higher) and quiet home-work environment
- • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and during high-demand irregular operations
