- • The District Manager, OnStar will deploy initiatives towards the achievement of OnStar activation targets on both new and used vehicles as well as drive revenue in subscriptions, Guardian and data sales.
- • This position works closely with General Motors dealership owners, management and sales staff as well as internal VSSM (Vehicle Sales, Service and Marketing) teams.
- • The District Manager, OnStar will develop and provide in-dealership training on best practices, activation and sales processes as well as education on technology and service offerings.
- • The role requires the District Manager, OnStar to become the OnStar & Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned District.
- • The District Manager, OnStar will establish and grow relationships with respective dealerships to drive excellence and results for OnStar KPIs.
- • The role involves providing ongoing dealer education to support their delivery of a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- • The District Manager, OnStar will support project initiatives to improve OnStar onboarding, subscriber count and revenue.
- • The role requires conducting monthly performance analysis by leveraging analytics to identify opportunities and support the creation of dealer action plans.
- • The District Manager, OnStar will support planning and execution of countermeasures designed to hit monthly and annual KPIs.
- • The role involves supporting the creation of sales and marketing material for customers, dealerships and fleet sales staff.
- • The District Manager, OnStar will conduct training for General Motors dealership and wholesale teams including demonstrations of existing and new OnStar products and services.
- • The role requires participating in special projects as required.
- • The District Manager, OnStar will comply with all processes and training required by GM Canada.
