- • As a District Onboarding Manager on the Customer Success team, you will be the first point of contact for district partners to help them implement ClassDojo at scale across their schools, ensuring projects are delivered on time, error-free, and aligned with district goals.
- • You will manage a portfolio of approximately 30 projects during a short-term contract from June to September 30, 2026, overseeing the full onboarding lifecycle including kickoff calls, project planning, progress tracking, risk identification, and cross-functional collaboration with technical, training, account, product, and support teams.
- • You will create internal and external project plans, professional development strategies, and communication plans that drive high adoption and implementation milestones while maintaining clear, proactive communication with stakeholders.
- • You will deepen your understanding of ClassDojo’s products and services to strategically guide district partners in maximizing their use of the platform, contributing to improved educational outcomes and scalable implementation processes.
- • You will join a highly talented, entrepreneurial, and innovative team at ClassDojo, a mission-driven company used in over 95% of U.S. schools and reaching ~51 million children globally, where you’ll help shape the future of education through impactful, large-scale edtech implementation.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of project management and/or customer success manager experience in a SaaS environment
- • Proven ability to independently manage 30+ projects on tight deadlines with a high level of organization and accuracy
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • High empathy and emotional intelligence: ability to understand customer goals and find workable solutions to their needs
- • Experience working on cross-functional projects with multiple internal stakeholders
- • Experience in EdTech and implementing SaaS products for K-12 schools and districts
- • Ability to learn new technology and products quickly
- • Familiarity with tools such as: Asana, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, Notion
