📋 Description

  • As a Doctor QA Specialist at Homera Health Inc., you will play a critical role in safeguarding the quality and compliance of doctor-patient communication across telehealth platforms, directly impacting patient safety, trust, and care outcomes by ensuring every interaction meets clinical, regulatory, and brand standards.
  • You will review high volumes of doctor-patient messages to verify clarity, completeness, medical appropriateness, and empathetic tone, identifying gaps in responses and inconsistencies in communication style that could affect patient understanding or experience.
  • Your work will support compliance with clinical guidelines, internal protocols, and regulatory requirements by flagging risks, documenting deviations, and helping prevent non-compliant or unsafe messaging before it reaches patients.
  • You will provide structured, actionable feedback to doctors and clinical teams, analyze recurring communication patterns, and recommend improvements to messaging templates, workflows, and quality standards to drive continuous enhancement of care delivery.
  • Collaborating closely with the CMO, clinical leadership, and patient care teams, you will act as a quality advocate, bridging operational execution with clinical excellence to ensure messaging aligns with both patient-centered care and organizational goals.
  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in telehealth communication quality, clinical compliance frameworks, and patient experience optimization — building transferable skills in healthcare QA, audit processes, and cross-functional collaboration that are highly valuable in growing digital health organizations.
  • You will contribute to the scaling of Homera Health’s men’s health platform and other telehealth brands by establishing rigorous communication standards that scale with growth, helping to maintain consistency and trust as patient volume increases.

🎯 Requirements

  • Exceptional written English with the ability to assess whether communication is clear, complete, and human (not robotic)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and gaps in messaging
  • Experience working in high-volume, repetitive communication environments (e.g., Executive Assistant, Customer Service, QA)
  • Comfortable reviewing large volumes of written interactions with consistency and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Slack for day-to-day communication and collaboration
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or clinical operations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with QA, compliance, or audit processes (preferred)
  • Experience reviewing or auditing customer or patient communications (preferred)
  • Understanding of tone and voice in patient care settings (preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Airtable or ClickUp is an asset (preferred)
