• • Adjunct Faculty position teaching Doctoral of Business Administration courses remotely for University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), a mission-driven institution serving 90,000 students including adult learners and military personnel.
• • Teach courses such as Strategy Formulation, Implementation, and Impact (BMGT 805), Quantitative Research Methods (BMGT 810), Advanced Quantitative Analysis (BMGT 825), Sustainability and Responsible Business Strategy (BMGT 835), AI Strategy and Governance (BMGT 840), and Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship (BMGT 845).
• • Engage students through frequent interaction, guide collaborative learning, provide constructive feedback using rubrics, demonstrate subject-matter expertise, and contribute to curricular improvements.
• • Join a scholar-practitioner faculty model where professionals actively engaged in their field mentor the next generation; complete required two-week online faculty orientation (FacDev 411) upon hire.
