• Join FREE NOW Germany GmbH as a Document Validation Representative, a crucial role supporting our rapid growth across European markets. This is a maternity cover position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.
• As a key member of the Document Validation squad, your primary mission is to ensure our partner drivers can operate seamlessly without interruption. You will act as the expert gatekeeper, meticulously managing the daily influx of new Company, Driver, and Vehicle Registrations, and verifying the accuracy of all document updates.
• This role demands a precise and efficient approach, balancing razor-sharp accuracy with lightning-fast processing to maintain driver activity while strictly adhering to all critical regulatory requirements.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive processing of new profile registrations and the thorough validation of submitted documents. This involves scrutinizing various forms of identification, business registrations, vehicle permits, and other essential paperwork to ensure compliance and legitimacy.
• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of all document requirements and validation processes across different European markets. This requires continuous learning and adaptation to evolving regulations and company policies.
• A significant part of your role will involve supporting product roll-outs of new internal features. This includes actively participating in testing phases, providing valuable feedback on usability and functionality from a document validation perspective, and helping to refine processes before public release.
• You will take full ownership of your individual performance, proactively engaging with training opportunities and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and efficiency. This self-driven approach is vital for personal growth and team success.
• Through your daily work, you will be encouraged to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience of over 2 years in a high-volume, back-office, administrative, or operational support role where accuracy and speed were essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume daily workflows and meet critical operational deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable navigating and testing multiple internal systems, with proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace/MS Office).
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in Customer Care or a similar fast-paced environment, demonstrating an understanding of how efficient processing directly impacts the partner experience (customer-centric focus is essential, even though direct customer interaction is minimal).
• Fluency in another European language is desired.
