• • The Regional Director of Operations leads and oversees Career TEAM’s workforce development projects across a region, driving execution of the strategic plan with excellence and integrity while managing day-to-day operations including financial performance, quality outcomes, and customer relationships.
• • Day to day, the role involves overseeing local Executive Directors, developing and managing annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring compliance with funding sources and regulations, approving bid/contract submissions, and leading market growth initiatives while maintaining a "ZAG" mindset and handling additional projects as needed.
