📋 Description

• • The Operations Coordinator supports business processes across multiple operational areas, with a strong focus on wholesale operations, logistics coordination, shipment accuracy, and process improvement, playing a critical role in enabling scalable growth for a fast-growing consumer brand serving U.S.-based clients.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing bulk and wholesale purchase orders, ensuring timely and compliant shipments, tracking inbound and outbound logistics, preparing shipping documents and invoices, monitoring inventory levels, resolving carrier and vendor issues, supporting chargeback disputes, and identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• • The role operates within a dynamic, remote-first startup environment serving U.S. clients, requiring alignment with EST business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST), and involves close collaboration with 3PL partners, carriers, and internal teams to optimize warehouse strategy and operational workflows.
