- • The Door Fulfillment Specialist plays a mission-critical role in driving the success of door sales and installation operations by acting as the bridge between Install Coordination, Purchasing, and field execution, ensuring every order flows seamlessly from sale to installation.
- • Day to day, the specialist converts door packages into Install Jobs within one business day, reviews job completeness and accuracy, creates and manages purchase orders in ServiceTitan, coordinates with vendors on material availability and lead times, processes warranty, recall, and cancellation requests, collaborates with scheduling and procurement teams, and monitors fulfillment KPIs to identify process improvements.
- • A1 Garage Door Service LLC is a growing company focused on garage door sales, installation, and service, where operational efficiency directly impacts technician productivity, installation timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- • In this role, the individual can develop expertise in supply chain coordination within the home services industry, gain proficiency in ServiceTitan ERP, improve cross-functional communication skills, and contribute to process optimization efforts that enhance order accuracy and on-time installation readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years in purchasing, order fulfillment, install coordination, or related supply chain roles
- • Strong understanding of garage door components, configurations, and related hardware
- • ERP/CRM system proficiency (ServiceTitan preferred), Excel and data management competency
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and vendor coordination
- • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
