  • As a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Graphic Designer at Aios Medical, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and driving the performance of our innovative healthcare brands. You will be instrumental in creating compelling static advertisements that capture attention, resonate with our target audience, and ultimately drive conversions across various digital platforms.   • Your primary responsibility will be to design visually stunning and high-converting static ads for our direct-to-consumer campaigns. You will begin by immersing yourself in our existing creative library, meticulously analyzing the performance of past campaigns. This deep dive will allow you to identify key design elements that have driven success, understand audience engagement patterns, and pinpoint areas for optimization and enhancement. Your insights will directly inform the evolution of our creative strategy.
  • Over time, you will assume full ownership of the design process for high-performing static ads. This includes conceptualizing, designing, and finalizing creatives for a range of platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and others. You will be empowered to continuously experiment with new ideas, test innovative visual approaches, and analyze the resulting data to refine your designs and maximize their effectiveness.
  • A crucial aspect of this role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to augment your design capabilities. You will explore and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance design quality, accelerate the creative production workflow, and discover novel visual directions that push the boundaries of performance marketing design. This proactive adoption of technology will ensure Aios Medical remains at the vanguard of creative innovation in the DTC space.
  • You will collaborate closely with our Creative Lead, Andre Andrade, to ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand standards and marketing objectives. Furthermore, you will partner with the Head of Growth, Dave Lane, to guarantee that your designs directly support broader marketing strategies and contribute to achieving ambitious growth targets. This cross-functional collaboration is key to our success.
  • From day one, you will be responsible for creating and finalizing static ads that are not only visually appealing but also highly effective in driving campaign performance. This includes crafting clear, engaging, and conversion-focused ad copy, utilizing AI tools to assist with ideation, generating variations, and optimizing messaging. Your ability to integrate compelling visuals with persuasive copy will be paramount.
  • A data-driven mindset is essential. You will be expected to analyze the performance of both visual and textual content across all platforms, using key metrics to measure engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). These insights will be translated into actionable improvements for future creative iterations. You will actively conduct A/B tests on various elements such as visuals, layouts, and copy combinations to identify the most impactful approaches and apply these learnings rigorously.
  • In the near future, you will be tasked with staying ahead of evolving creative and platform trends. This involves proactively experimenting with new visual styles, messaging angles, and ad formats to ensure our campaigns remain fresh, relevant, and highly engaging for our target audience. You will also be encouraged to be an early adopter of emerging AI and design technologies, solidifying Aios Medical's position at the forefront of DTC creative innovation.
  • This is a full-time, fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within US hours.
