• A freelance bilingual specialist role focused on improving AI language systems by reviewing and refining AI-generated content in Dutch, German, or French, ensuring linguistic accuracy and real-world relevance.
• Day-to-day tasks include evaluating AI responses for linguistic accuracy and practicality, drafting realistic communication scenarios from professional experience, creating scenario variations from multiple perspectives, and identifying gaps or weak reasoning in AI-generated language outputs.
• 10Xteam Inc. connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs to build next-generation models, operating as a remote-first platform for EU/UK-based language specialists contributing to AI training at scale.
• The role offers the opportunity to directly influence how advanced AI understands bilingual communication, develop AI-related skills through the in-house AI Academy, and apply deep language expertise in a high-impact, evolving technological environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch, German, or French with significant language or professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experience advising on, preparing, or reviewing multilingual documents, communications, or translations
• Skilled at evaluating language processes, real-world application, and authenticity
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness
