📋 Description

• • The E-commerce Manager will lead day-to-day online retail operations, including website management, merchandising, optimization, and overall digital customer experience for a growing organization focused on scaling its online retail presence through strong digital operations and data-driven decision-making.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing site maintenance, product launches, and promotional campaigns; overseeing product catalog and content updates; developing and executing merchandising strategies using tools like Fast Simon, Bloomreach, or Searchspring; optimizing UX/UI through A/B testing and behavioral analysis with Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity; monitoring performance via Google Analytics; managing a remote team of content and website producers; overseeing cross-functional projects; and ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
• • The company is a growing organization investing in building a high-performing e-commerce function to improve conversion rates, streamline operations, and drive sustained revenue growth, supporting U.S.-based clients from a fully remote location requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
• • In this role, the person will gain hands-on leadership experience in scaling e-commerce operations, deepen expertise in Shopify and conversion optimization tools, strengthen data-driven decision-making skills, and directly impact revenue growth and customer experience while managing remote teams and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
