- • The E-Commerce Manager (FTC Mat Cover) is a 12-month fixed-term contract role responsible for overseeing and optimizing Dexcom’s e-commerce platform and digital customer experience across EMEA markets to drive online sales growth and support regional business objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning e-commerce strategy and implementation, managing performance marketing and analytics, driving commercial success through promotions and conversion optimization, optimizing platform performance, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and digital teams, and managing third-party partner relationships such as Amazon or fulfilment providers.
- • The EMEA Marketing function is a dynamic, diverse, and growing team that plays a critical role in defining and implementing Dexcom’s regional strategy, with the Performance Marketing team serving as a key pillar delivering high-impact, data-driven projects to enable business success across the region.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in performance marketing analytics, e-commerce platform management (including CommerceTools), cross-functional stakeholder influence, and strategic scaling of digital channels in a global healthcare technology leader, while contributing to Dexcom’s mission of improving human health through innovative biosensing technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of driving online sales growth through effective promotions, conversions, and customer retention strategies
- • Significant experience working closely with country marketing teams and other regional/global stakeholders in a marketing organization
- • Deep expertise in performance marketing and analytics, with ability to interpret and act on key metrics such as CPA, CLTV, and conversion rates
- • Experience managing or working with CommerceTools platform and/or other third-party e-commerce platforms
- • Experience building a high-performing business on Amazon or other third-party seller marketplaces
- • Prior experience running your own e-commerce business or managing a corporate e-commerce platform is highly preferred
