📋 Description

• E-Commerce Marketing Specialist role focused on driving sales for Westerly, a premium home goods brand specializing in luxury German-made blankets, through execution and optimization of Meta advertising and social media marketing campaigns.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, developing ad creative using existing brand assets, testing new advertising concepts and audiences, creating and scheduling social media content, coordinating influencer outreach, monitoring campaign performance, optimizing for sales and ROAS, and providing weekly reporting on results and recommendations.
• Westerly is an established brand with an active Shopify store, Faire account, inventory, fulfillment, product photography, and social media presence; the role is to execute and optimize existing marketing efforts rather than build strategy from scratch.
• The specialist will gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, e-commerce advertising, conversion optimization, and social media content strategy while directly impacting sales growth for a niche luxury brand in a remote, part-time capacity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running Meta advertising campaigns
• Experience with Shopify
