📋 Description

• • Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of IT services for the Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services (ACSS) program, ensuring alignment with U.S. Department of Defense mission objectives and operational requirements.
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders, collaborating closely to understand service needs and translate them into effective IT service solutions.
• • Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) activities using industry best practices to enhance service performance, user experience, and organizational efficiency across the ACSS program.
• • Develop and implement strategic plans for the adoption, sustainment, and modernization of Cloud One services in support of Army, Navy, Air Force, and Space Force programs.
• • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and customer support to deliver integrated, customer-focused IT service solutions.
• • Monitor and manage IT service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous service optimization.
• • Ensure IT service delivery complies with federal contract requirements, labor categories, and wage rates applicable to defense technology programs.
• • Support the integration of digital engineering and systems integration capabilities within the ACSS program to enable scalable growth and operational excellence.
• • Promote a culture of service excellence by applying service design methodologies and performance management frameworks across the enterprise.
• • Maintain awareness of evolving defense technology platforms and national security customer needs to proactively adapt IT service strategies.
• • Contribute to the operational success of Aether Aerospace, a combined defense technology platform formed by JHNA, CTSi, and EXPANSIA, backed by Falfurrias Management Partners.
• • Manage IT service lifecycle activities from planning and design through implementation and ongoing support, with a focus on reliability and mission readiness.
• • Ensure IT services are aligned with federal cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks relevant to national security operations.
• • Facilitate communication between technical teams and government customers to ensure transparency, accountability, and satisfaction with delivered services.
• • Participate in program-level planning and budgeting activities related to IT service delivery and infrastructure modernization.
• • Support the hybrid work model, with preferred location at Hanscom AFB, MA or Huntsville, AL, and occasional on-site presence required for stakeholder engagement.
• • Contribute to employee development by fostering learning and growth opportunities within the IT service management domain.
• • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services frameworks to guide service innovation and improvement.
• • Ensure all IT service activities support the long-term value creation goals of Aether Aerospace as a multi-entity aerospace and defense technology enterprise.
