  • • Own end-to-end conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy and execution for a direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand, driving measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue.
  • • Develop, prioritize, and execute A/B tests using platforms such as Optimizely, Convert, or equivalent tools to validate hypotheses and improve site performance.
  • • Analyze ecommerce performance data through GA4 to identify key opportunities for optimization, translate insights into actionable initiatives, and report on outcomes to growth leadership.
  • • Manage and continuously optimize product detail pages (PDPs), ensuring accurate, compelling, and conversion-focused product presentation across the Shopify store.
  • • Lead the end-to-end process for new product launches, including content updates, imagery coordination, pricing, and merchandising alignment to maximize launch success.
  • • Own onsite merchandising strategy to strategically highlight high-priority products, improve product discovery, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • • Partner with external web development agencies to ensure site quality, technical performance, and seamless implementation of design and functionality upgrades.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align ecommerce experiences with broader business goals and campaigns.
  • • Maintain day-to-day ecommerce operations including inventory updates, promotional page management, and site-wide UX improvements based on performance data.
  • • Monitor and respond to ecommerce KPIs including bounce rate, average order value, cart abandonment, and session-to-purchase conversion.
  • • Implement best practices in site merchandising, navigation structure, and product categorization to increase customer retention and reduce friction in the purchase funnel.
  • • Ensure all product content is optimized for search, clarity, and persuasion, with consistent branding and compliance across all pages.
  • • Maintain detailed documentation of testing methodologies, results, and learnings to build institutional knowledge and inform future optimization cycles.
  • • Support TikTok Shop merchandising tasks as needed, including product feed optimization and promotional alignment with platform-specific customer behavior.
  • • Work within U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to align with client needs, stakeholder meetings, and real-time campaign adjustments.
  • • Proactively identify and execute low-effort, high-impact improvements to the ecommerce experience based on customer feedback and behavioral data.
  • • Contribute to the development of long-term ecommerce roadmaps by leveraging test results, market trends, and competitive benchmarking.
  • • Maintain strict attention to detail in all product listings, pricing, discount codes, and promotional landing pages to ensure accuracy and brand integrity.
  • • Drive continuous improvement in site speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow based on performance analytics and user testing.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–6 years of ecommerce experience, ideally within a DTC beauty or wellness brand
  • • Hands-on experience with CRO and A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely or Convert
  • • Strong Shopify experience managing day-to-day ecommerce operations
  • • Experience with GA4 ecommerce analytics and reporting
  • • Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
  • • TikTok Shop experience related to merchandising tasks is preferred
