- • Lead and scale Oowlish’s Shopify practice by serving as the primary strategic advisor to e-commerce clients from the U.S. and Europe, translating business goals into actionable, data-driven roadmaps.
- • Act as the main point of contact for Shopify clients, deeply understanding their operations, diagnosing performance gaps, and recommending improvements in Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), UX/UI, SEO, site speed, and promotional effectiveness.
- • Drive measurable e-commerce growth by aligning client objectives with Shopify platform capabilities, without writing code or implementing technical features yourself.
- • Collaborate closely with development and design teams to set priorities, define project scope, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that deliver tangible business impact.
- • Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts to increase contract value and deepen strategic partnerships.

- • Own the end-to-end client relationship lifecycle—from initial consultation through ongoing strategic guidance—ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- • Translate complex e-commerce metrics and technical insights into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- • Stay current with Shopify platform updates, e-commerce trends, and best practices in digital retail to maintain Oowlish’s competitive edge in the market.
- • Balance strategic planning with operational execution, ensuring that client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business outcomes.
- • Champion a client-centric approach by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, streamline checkout flows, and optimize marketing integrations on Shopify.
- • Support internal knowledge sharing by documenting successful strategies, creating client-facing playbooks, and mentoring junior team members on Shopify best practices.
- • Work remotely with a globally distributed team and clients, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively across time zones.
- • Represent Oowlish as a trusted advisor in the Shopify ecosystem, building credibility through expertise, reliability, and consistent delivery of results.
