  • • As an EDI Analyst at Dexcom, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless electronic data interchange, a critical function for our global operations. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced international team, taking ownership of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) aspects of various projects, providing essential production support, and collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external trading partners.
  • • Your role will involve hands-on experience as an EDI developer and analyst, where you'll leverage your deep understanding of X12 standards and JSON to design, implement, and maintain EDI solutions. This is a pivotal position that requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • • You will be accountable for the configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of EDI transaction issues, working effectively with a managed services provider to ensure operational continuity. This requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to diagnose and fix complex transaction processing problems efficiently.
  • • A key responsibility will be conducting acceptance testing for EDI solutions, collaborating with colleagues and vendors to validate functionality and ensure that all integrations meet stringent quality standards before deployment.
  • • You will play a crucial role in designing EDI flow and message requirements for new markets, meticulously determining data mapping for new messages to facilitate global expansion and integration with diverse business partners.
  • • This position demands excellent communication skills, as you will be comfortable and adept at interacting with senior technical business colleagues, translating complex EDI concepts into understandable terms and influencing decision-making.
  • • You will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving transaction processing issues, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data exchanged between Dexcom and its partners. This involves a deep dive into transaction logs, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • • The role requires you to design EDI flows and message requirements for new market entries, ensuring that Dexcom's EDI infrastructure is scalable and adaptable to evolving business needs and international regulations.
  • • You will be responsible for defining data mapping specifications for new messages, ensuring compatibility and efficient data exchange with new trading partners, thereby expanding Dexcom's reach and operational capabilities.
  • • Your expertise will be vital in maintaining and enhancing existing EDI processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of EDI best practices within the organization, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
