- • As an Editor at Nen Creative Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual storytelling for tech startup clients, transforming raw footage into compelling brand narratives, launch films, and social content that drives growth and engagement.
- • Day to day, you will edit a diverse range of video content including launch films, commercials, product videos, testimonials, mini-docs, and social cutdowns; collaborate with directors and creative leads from selects to picture lock; handle sound design, basic mixing, color grading, and simple motion graphics; manage project files, timelines, and version control; and ensure timely delivery across multiple platforms and aspect ratios.
- • Nen Creative is a fast-growing creative studio that partners with top-tier tech startups, venture capital firms, and industry leaders like Amazon, Andreessen Horowitz, and Pear VC to bring bold ideas to life through branding, product storytelling, and high-impact visual content.
- • In this role, you will refine your editorial craft across varied styles and industries, deepen your expertise in Premiere Pro and complementary tools, strengthen your collaboration with creative leadership, and take full ownership of the storytelling process from concept to delivery—building a standout reel while contributing to ambitious, founder-led projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 to 5 years of experience as an editor, preferably in commercial, brand, or documentary work
- • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; comfort with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- • Strong reel demonstrating story sensibility, pacing, and stylistic range
- • Solid eye for color and ear for sound design and music
- • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and clean project management habits
- • Based in the Bay Area (San Francisco, New York, or Los Angeles preferred)
