Brandtech+ is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Editorial & Brand QC Manager to join our dynamic, in-house studio embedded with a key client. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring that all tier 2 and tier 3 marketing assets meet the highest quality standards, upholding editorial credibility and brand consistency across a multitude of channels.
- • In this remote position, based in Colombia, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing robust quality assurance processes for marketing communications. These communications serve sophisticated audiences, encompassing both subscriber-based platforms and extensive advertising campaigns. Your work will directly impact how our client's brand is perceived by professionals, investors, and a discerning global market.
- • You will collaborate closely with global production coordination teams, establishing quality control frameworks that not only maintain editorial integrity but also enable efficient, large-scale creative production. Your dual expertise in creative standards and production workflows will be crucial in ensuring the consistent delivery of premium marketing assets that resonate with target audiences.
- • As the quality guardian, you will be at the forefront of maintaining editorial integrity and brand excellence throughout the creative production lifecycle. This role sits at the critical intersection of creative evaluation and production efficiency, where you will develop and refine quality assurance frameworks. - • Your responsibilities will span across various marketing assets, including email, social media, display advertising, print materials, and other digital channels. You will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for these tier 2 and tier 3 creative assets, ensuring they align perfectly with client objectives and brand identity.
- • A key aspect of this role involves developing comprehensive QC frameworks. These frameworks will serve as the benchmark for evaluating marketing communications, ensuring they not only meet but exceed established editorial standards and stringent brand guidelines. You will be empowered to leverage and further develop AI-enabled QC tools, significantly enhancing our QC capabilities, reducing errors, and minimizing the need for extensive feedback rounds, thereby streamlining the production process.
- • You will be the final reviewer and approver of creative deliverables, meticulously checking for accuracy, consistency, and strict adherence to client standards. To facilitate this, you will create detailed quality control checklists and streamlined approval processes that uphold our high standards while simultaneously enabling efficient production workflows. This proactive approach ensures that quality is embedded from the outset.
- • Effective coordination with our global production teams is paramount. You will ensure that quality requirements are clearly communicated, thoroughly understood, and diligently implemented by all stakeholders involved in the production process. 🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of creative quality assurance experience with proven success in marketing communications or publishing.
- • Demonstrated expertise in establishing scalable quality control processes that maintain high standards amidst demanding production schedules.
- • Experience working with financial media, premium brands, or sophisticated business audiences, understanding their unique communication needs.
- • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide production teams in maintaining quality while meeting tight delivery deadlines.
- • Proficiency in English is required due to the global nature of our business.
