• • As an Email Growth Manager at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will drive email marketing as a high-impact conversion channel across all brands, focusing on experimentation and growth rather than campaign execution.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating hypotheses, designing and launching A/B and multivariate tests, analysing results with statistical rigour, rolling out winning experiments at scale, monitoring competitors’ email strategies, proposing new email sequences, owning key growth KPIs, and collaborating with Email Lead, Specialists, Marketing Director, and Data teams.
