- • As an Email Marketing Growth Manager at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will drive measurable business impact by optimizing email as a core growth channel through structured experimentation and data-driven decision-making, directly influencing conversion, activation, and retention across the customer lifecycle.
- • You will own the end-to-end experimentation roadmap for email marketing, designing and executing A/B tests across subject lines, preview text, email body copy, CTAs, content structure, offer presentation, and lifecycle messaging to maximize conversion volume and improve post-purchase engagement.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and prioritizing experiments focused on pre-purchase conversion and post-purchase activation/retention, analyzing email performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities, writing clear hypotheses and copy variations, partnering with the Email Team on implementation, measuring results, reporting daily experiment outcomes in the growth Slack channel, controlling monetary impact on the top line, maintaining a documented backlog of experiments, and conducting market and competitor research to generate new hypotheses.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Email Team, Growth Team, product, and analytics stakeholders to ensure all experiments are aligned with measurable business outcomes and contribute to the company’s top-line growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience in email marketing
- • At least 2 years of experience in growth and A/B test execution
- • Strong hands-on experience with experimentation in email or lifecycle marketing
- • Ability to generate testing ideas that improve conversion, activation, and retention
- • Strong copy instincts for writing and refining subject lines, CTAs, email messaging, and lifecycle content
- • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- • Experience with tools such as Mixpanel, Customer.io, or similar platforms
- • Ability to work cross-functionally with email, growth, product, and analytics teams
- • Strong organization and clear communication
- • Fluent English
