📋 Description

• • The Email Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Zensurance’s commercial insurance offerings. This role is critical in scaling Zensurance’s digital marketing efforts and supporting its mission to simplify insurance for Canadian businesses through data-driven, personalized communication.
• • Day to day, the person will design and deploy targeted email campaigns using marketing automation platforms, segment audiences based on behavior and lifecycle stage, A/B test subject lines and content, analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align messaging with customer journeys and business goals.
