- • The Email Marketing Specialist plays a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing initiatives, managing audience segmentation, building and deploying emails, supporting QA processes, and driving continuous improvements in email performance to align with strategic marketing goals.
- • Day to day, the person will plan, build, and execute diverse email campaigns (newsletters, GTM initiatives, lifecycle/triggered automations), maintain and optimize audience segmentation and workflows in Eloqua, conduct rigorous QA, partner with content and design teams using Wrike, monitor campaign metrics, generate reports, provide insights to improve open/click-through rates and conversions, analyze performance trends, implement data-driven solutions, and maintain a testing roadmap for subject lines, CTAs, and layouts.
