📋 Description

• • The Email & SMS Marketing Specialist will own the full post-purchase customer journey, building and optimizing retention systems across email, SMS, loyalty, referrals, and reviews to increase repeat purchase behavior and customer lifetime value for a premium golf apparel brand.
• • Day to day, the specialist will manage Klaviyo and Attentive platforms, design lifecycle automations (welcome, post-purchase, cart recovery, winback, etc.), coordinate cross-channel journey logic, build behavioral segments, personalize messaging, own review solicitation via Okendo, and maintain retention dashboards tied to revenue goals.
• • The company is a premium golf apparel brand known for bold, colorful design in a traditionally conservative category, focused on making golf more expressive, confident, and inclusive while maintaining premium product quality and a distinctive customer experience.
• • In this role, the person will deepen expertise in retention marketing, master advanced segmentation and LTV modeling, launch measurable loyalty and referral programs, and gain direct influence on how customer relationships compound over time in a fast-growing DTC brand.
