- • As an Embedded Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success for the company’s fastest-growing Embedded Business Unit, partnering with software companies to embed Workato’s integration and automation platform directly into their products, enabling them to launch, sell, and scale native integration offerings to their own customers.
- • Day to day, you will own a portfolio of embedded customers, managing renewals and driving net revenue retention targets; understand each customer’s business goals and success metrics to build tailored success plans; proactively identify risks to retention and adoption; conduct executive business reviews; guide customers through product launches and go-to-market readiness; enable customer product, engineering, and sales teams on Workato’s platform; partner on technical solution design to maximize platform value; identify expansion opportunities; advise on integration product strategy including packaging, pricing, and go-to-market design; support sales enablement and internal champion development; collaborate with product teams to advocate for customer needs and influence the roadmap; serve as the voice of the customer internally; and partner cross-functionally with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Professional Services on pre- and post-sale activities while contributing to internal playbooks and best practices.
