📋 Description

• As an Embedded Product Manager at Percepta, you will play a pivotal role in transforming critical industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and energy by shaping AI-driven strategies that deliver real, measurable business outcomes. You will work directly with F500 customers to define their AI transformation roadmap, ensuring that solutions are not only technically sound but also adopted, loved, and scaled across organizations.
• You will collaborate with world-class engineers and researchers to design and deploy high-value agentic workflows using Percepta’s Mosaic toolkit, translating complex AI capabilities into practical, user-centered products that solve urgent business problems.
• The Embedded Product Management team at Percepta is a fast-growing, mission-driven group of Applied AI Engineers, Researchers, and Product Leaders who are united by a shared belief in diffusing AI’s promise into tangible improvements in everyday operations and decision-making.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the company’s go-to-market strategy, define product abstractions for future scalability, and influence the culture of how Percepta builds and delivers AI solutions — gaining ownership and impact typically reserved for founders or senior leaders.
• You will develop deep expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management within ambiguous, high-stakes environments, learning how to balance long-term vision with short-term execution, run rapid experiments to validate value, and create reusable playbooks that accelerate AI adoption across future customer engagements.
• Your work will involve translating technical AI advancements into clear value propositions for executives, engineers, and end-users, while building systems to quantify impact and tie outcomes directly to top-level business metrics such as efficiency, cost savings, or revenue growth.
• You will partner closely with stakeholders to iterate based on real user feedback, ensuring that what is built is not only innovative but also trusted, usable, and aligned with organizational goals — bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and practical deployment.
• Through close collaboration with Percepta’s research team and strategic partners like Anthropic, AWS, and McKinsey, you will gain exposure to frontier AI technologies and learn when to push the envelope of innovation versus when to prioritize practical, scalable solutions.
• You will cultivate extreme agency and a bias toward action, embodying Percepta’s values of ‘making the call’ and ‘intensity with kindness’ — making high-stakes decisions quickly while maintaining empathy, candor, and psychological safety in high-pressure environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of executing end-to-end on large, complex products in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
• Ability to abstract complex systems into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences including executives, engineers, and end-users
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or a strong drive to rapidly gain proficiency in applying large language models to real-world workflows
• Deep subject matter expertise or passionate interest in healthcare, supply chain, energy, or finance industries
• Demonstrated extreme agency and bias toward action — consistently demonstrating a ‘so instead I...’ mindset in overcoming obstacles
