- • As an EMEA Payroll Specialist at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely completion of semi-monthly and monthly payroll cycles while maintaining compliance with local statutory requirements and internal policies.
- • Day to day, you will collect, review, and validate payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, salary changes, allowances, bonuses, leave, reimbursements), coordinate with In-Country Partners (ICPs) to submit inputs, review payroll previews, perform validation checks (gross-to-net variances, statutory contributions), support approval workflows, and ensure payslips are distributed according to client requirements.
- • You will be part of a global, compliance-driven team at Pebl, a company powering global hiring and payroll through its AI-powered Global Work Platform™, enabling businesses to hire, pay, and manage employees in 185+ countries with confidence and speed.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in multi-country payroll operations, drive process improvements, strengthen stakeholder management with ICPs and internal teams, and gain exposure to global payroll projects such as new country onboarding, automation initiatives, and statutory reporting—positioning you for growth in global payroll leadership.
