- • As the EMEA Site Lead at Pylon Labs Inc., you will be the founding leader responsible for establishing and growing the company's first international office in London, driving revenue and building the go-to-market team from scratch.
- • You will personally own the EMEA sales pipeline and quota, closing deals yourself while simultaneously hiring and managing the initial team of Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Support Engineers to ensure timezone coverage and operational readiness.
- • You will join a fast-growing, Series B-backed startup with over $51M in funding from top-tier investors including a16z, BCV, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator, serving more than 1,300 B2B clients such as Linear, Cognition, and Incident.io.
- • In this role, you will adapt Pylon’s sales strategies for the EMEA market, set up local operations including office space and employment structures, and serve as the critical link between the London team and headquarters in San Francisco by sharing market insights, product feedback, and regional needs.
