📋 Description

• As the Emerging Talent - Recruiting Program Manager at Replit, you will serve as the operational backbone of the Talent team, building and owning the early career recruiting function from the ground up to support the company’s mission of democratizing software creation through natural language-powered application development.
• You will design and manage Replit’s new grad and emerging talent recruiting program, including defining intake windows, hiring targets, and candidate experience; build university relationships at target CS and engineering programs; run the fall recruiting calendar end-to-end; and own the summer internship program with a focus on intern-to-new-grad conversion as a key health signal.
• You will drive the talent team’s program roadmap by prioritizing initiatives, building interviewer training and calibration programs, owning the Referral Program end-to-end, and developing documented playbooks and SOPs to enable team scalability and consistent hiring practices.
• You will champion skills development by creating curriculum and learning opportunities on live projects, track key metrics like offer acceptance rate, time-to-hire, and 6-month retention, and run retrospectives to continuously improve each recruiting season.
• You will operate in a fast-paced, high-agency environment, turning ambiguous goals into concrete plans, adapting quickly to change, and contributing to a culture aligned with Replit’s mission of making programming accessible to everyone, regardless of technical background.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Program Management, or a similar role within a high-growth tech startup.
• Proven experience building programs from scratch, particularly in Early Career recruiting or similar domains, without relying on templates.
• Expert-level familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby or Greenhouse, and proficiency with analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, or advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Strong operational excellence: ability to maintain clean, trustworthy systems while adapting quickly to change and avoiding rigidity in processes.
• High agency and self-direction: skilled at turning vague goals into concrete project plans with clear milestones, thriving in ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of academic recruiting cycles, especially the critical nature of the fall season for new grad hiring.
