📋 Description

• The Employee Communications Specialist at Swarmer AI Inc. plays a critical role in keeping the global workforce informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s mission by crafting and delivering internal communications that support employee experience and organizational transparency.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing a monthly newsletter, writing policy updates and milestone announcements, supporting HR with employee-facing content, preparing materials for all-employee meetings, coordinating executive summaries of survey results, and serving as a two-way communication advocate between employees and leadership.
• Swarmer AI Inc. is a defense technology company that develops autonomous drone software for coordinated operations, battle-tested in Ukraine and publicly traded on NASDAQ since March 2026. The company operates at the intersection of engineering rigor and frontline reality, with a mission to enable democratic nations to defend themselves through resilient systems.
• In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in internal communications within a high-growth, public defense-tech environment, gain experience aligning with HR and corporate communications leadership, and develop skills in multicultural messaging across Ukrainian, European, and U.S. contexts while contributing to talent retention and employee engagement in a mission-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Communications experience, with at least 2 years of dedicated employee communications experience
• Fluent English and Ukrainian; Polish is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of HR functions and employee engagement
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with ability to create diverse media products (newsletters, slide decks, handouts, social media posts)
• Proven ability to work effectively with Corporate Communications and HR teams in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment
