- • The Employee Experience Specialist at Vision Service Plan plays a critical role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience and employment branding to support talent attraction, retention, and engagement across the organization.
- • Day to day, the specialist plans, produces, and implements internal and external communications tactics for employee experience initiatives, develops and executes employee communication plans, writes clear and on-brand content, and partners with business partners across multiple units to align communications with organizational goals.
- • The role involves identifying employment branding opportunities, staying current on trends in employee experience and talent acquisition, and serving as a central resource for employment brand-related information while educating and supporting internal stakeholders.
- • The specialist coordinates the creation and deployment of employment brand-building programs and materials, demonstrates best practices in internal communications and employee experience, and uses creative and strategic thinking to recommend initiatives that support workforce engagement and talent acquisition objectives.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in internal communications, employment branding, and employee experience strategy while contributing directly to organizational culture and employer brand strength in a remote work environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources, or related field
- • Two years’ experience in internal communications work across multiple mediums with experience customizing content for varied employee audiences
- • Demonstrated ability to recommend internal communication approaches and messaging based on audience segments
- • Strong writing, editing, communication, and planning skills with ability to produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, employment branding platforms, and desktop publishing applications
- • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster cooperation and coordinate internal and external resources
