📋 Description

• • As Employment Counsel for China and Hong Kong, you will serve as the primary in-house legal advisor on employment law matters, protecting Airwallex’s people and culture while ensuring compliance across key markets.
• • You will lead internal investigations into workplace misconduct, manage labor arbitration and litigation, and provide day-to-day legal advice on hiring, performance, termination, compensation, and policy matters under PRC and Hong Kong law.
• • You will partner closely with People & Talent, business leaders, and external counsel to draft and update employment policies, conduct training, and reduce legal risk in a fast-moving fintech environment.
