• • As a Recruiting Sourcer at Solace, you will be the engine that powers our hiring, focusing exclusively on sourcing, identifying, and engaging exceptional talent across multiple domains to build targeted pipelines and run structured first-round screens.
• • You will source and engage talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and creative search techniques; build and manage pipelines for multiple active searches with clear headcount targets; run structured first-round screens to assess motivation, fit, and alignment with Solace’s values; keep pipelines clean in the Ashby ATS; deliver sharp candidate summaries for hiring managers; and partner with the recruiting team to refine search strategies.
