📋 Description
- • As an Enablement Director at Garner Health, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the healthcare economy by ensuring Sales and Account Management teams are equipped with the right messaging, tools, and processes to drive revenue and customer success, directly supporting the company’s mission to deliver high-quality, affordable care.
- • You will lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and ever-boarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams, develop training and certification initiatives for product launches and new tools, manage end-to-end onboarding, collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations, and oversee content across LMS and other repositories while tracking KPIs like rep ramp time and win rates.
