- • The Energy Project Development Manager is accountable for the end-to-end execution of assigned energy projects, serving as the single-threaded owner responsible for delivering projects that meet schedule, cost, and reliability objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning execution of assigned energy projects from initiation through delivery, developing and managing integrated project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, coordinating cross-functional teams across T&I, Infrastructure, and Commercial, identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issues, driving decision-making and escalating key challenges as needed, managing internal and external stakeholders including utilities and partners, ensuring alignment across technical, commercial, and schedule requirements, tracking and reporting project performance, milestones, and risks, supporting development of project strategies and execution plans, and maintaining disciplined documentation and reporting across the project lifecycle.
- • The Energy Group at Vantage Data Centers supports the company’s data center portfolio through the execution and management of complex commercial energy agreements, including utility service agreements, power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, gas supply and infrastructure contracts, and other energy-adjacent arrangements. The team partners closely with project management, development, legal, finance, and external counterparties to ensure contracts are executed efficiently, accurately documented, and aligned with business objectives.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in energy project lifecycle management, gain experience leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes infrastructure initiatives, strengthen strategic and operational project management capabilities, and contribute directly to the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of Vantage’s data center operations across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
