Engagement Lifecycle Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Engagement Lifecycle Manager at Tinder, you will own the operations and strategy for the user-facing notification program, playing a critical role in driving real dating outcomes by delivering the right message to the right user at the right time.
• • Day to day, you will work closely with product teams to ensure their features are highlighted and communicated through engagement channels (email, push, SMS, in-app), run A/B tests, iterate on campaigns, and communicate results and next steps to support user lifecycle phases and increase feature adoption and retention.
• • You will join the Engagement team, which owns all user-facing notifications at Tinder, supports a homegrown CRM platform, develops lifecycle notifications, and oversees operations to send billions of notifications globally each quarter through advanced targeting and bold experimentation.
• • In this role, you will learn to scale engagement strategies at a global scale, master data-driven experimentation, and deepen your expertise in lifecycle marketing and CRM operations within a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on meaningful human connection.
