📋 Description

• The Engagement Manager is a client-facing leader responsible for managing and delivering complex, multi-faceted projects with minimal oversight.
• This role requires robust strategic insight, high levels of independence, and strong commercial acumen to ensure exceptional client impact across the APAC region.
• Senior Engagement Managers drive project delivery with limited support, while effectively balancing multiple workstreams and enhancing client relationships.
• The role requires strong internal and external relationship management, balancing client expectations while coordinating effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a consulting or business development role, preferably in the APAC region.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
