- • Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements for Harvey’s largest clients, including elite law firms, Fortune 500 legal departments, and premier financial institutions.
- • Own the full arc of strategic deployments: from aligning executive sponsors and mapping current workflows to identifying high-impact opportunities for Harvey’s AI platform.
- • Collaborate directly with clients to design real, actionable workflows that attorneys and legal professionals will adopt, ensuring solutions are grounded in daily practice.
- • Coordinate cross-functional delivery with teams such as Legal Engineering and Legal Innovation to reimagine workflows and deliver measurable outcomes.
- • Drive adoption through structured change management: identifying and equipping change champions, running enablement sessions, monitoring usage, and proactively resolving blockers.
- • Engage directly with senior partners, General Counsel, and legal leadership to advise on strategic and organizational shifts required for AI-native ways of working, including governance, talent, process, and KPIs.
- • Serve as a credible advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders—not a project coordinator—building trust through decisiveness, simplicity, and results.
- • Deliver rigorous handoffs to Customer Success Managers with documented adoption summaries, open risks, and recommended next steps to ensure sustained growth.
- • Contribute to Harvey’s transformation methodology by documenting successful patterns, refining templates, and improving playbooks to increase engagement efficiency and repeatability.
- • Travel up to 50% of the time to client sites to lead on-site engagements, facilitate workshops, and build deep client relationships.

- • Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where the playbook is still being written, requiring adaptability and initiative to define best practices.

- • Identify and prioritize workflows with the highest potential for efficiency gains, cost reduction, or risk mitigation based on client-specific needs.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of how legal and professional services operate today to effectively target transformation opportunities.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations to secure buy-in and sustain momentum.
- • Ensure all engagements are structured, tracked, and closed with clear documentation and measurable impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory, including experience as an Engagement Manager or Project Leader owning complex transformation programs end to end
- • Experience managing large-scale technology deployments or change management programs at enterprise organizations in legal, financial services, or professional services
- • Exceptional executive presence and ability to build credibility quickly with senior partners, General Counsel, and C-suite leaders
- • Strong program management instincts: ownership of plans, early risk surfacing, and drive toward measurable outcomes
- • Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on the future of legal work
- • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes in environments where the playbook is still being defined
