- • As an Engagement Manager at Ashby Inc., you will serve as a highly cross-functional member of the Professional Services team within the Customer Success organization, responsible for shaping customer journeys before implementation begins to improve enterprise sales win rates, accelerate time-to-value, and drive long-term customer outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to scope and design implementation approaches, translate customer needs into tailored go-live plans, align stakeholders on outcomes and timelines, create and negotiate Statements of Work, ensure smooth sales-to-PS handoffs, participate in kickoff calls, and refine professional services go-to-market motions by identifying patterns and contributing to playbooks and frameworks.
- • Ashby is a growing SaaS company focused on talent acquisition and hiring software, operating with principles of Continuous Improvement and deep customer care. The Professional Services team works closely with Enterprise Sales to ensure successful implementations, and this role is pivotal in aligning pre-sales motions with delivery to reduce implementation risk and increase buyer confidence.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SaaS implementation strategy, strengthen your ability to diagnose business processes and translate them into scalable solutions, gain experience influencing executives and aligning cross-functional teams, and contribute to refining GTM motions that directly impact customer success, retention, and expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS across Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Management Consulting
- • Strong ability to diagnose business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving meaningful implementation components
- • Comfort navigating collaboration between pre-sales and post-sales teams
- • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence executives and align cross-functional teams
- • Strong judgment to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and operational feasibility
