- • Be the trusted face of Nagarro to our most strategic customers. As Engagement Manager you own the entire customer journey—from first handshake through multi-year partnership—ensuring every touch-point reinforces why they chose Nagarro as their digital engineering partner.
- • Own the relationship: You are the single point of accountability for customer health, acting as both strategist and fire-fighter. You will run quarterly business reviews, executive steering committees, and ad-hoc escalation calls, always translating technical progress into business value that C-suite stakeholders understand and appreciate.
- • Translate vision into backlog: When a customer says "we need to be more data-driven," you probe until you uncover the real KPIs, then work with our architects and product owners to craft an actionable roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term transformation. You will facilitate discovery workshops, user-story mapping sessions, and prioritization exercises that turn fuzzy ideas into funded initiatives.
- • Drive innovation and growth: You continuously scan the customer landscape for new pain points, competitive threats, and emerging tech opportunities. You will package these insights into upsell/cross-sell proposals, co-authoring business cases that show ROI within 6–12 months and secure additional budget cycles.
- • Orchestrate winning RFP responses: When an RFP lands, you assemble the dream team—solution architects, delivery leads, pricing analysts—and run a disciplined capture process. You will clarify ambiguous requirements, negotiate scope trade-offs, and craft compelling narratives that differentiate Nagarro’s agile, product-centric approach from traditional SI boilerplate.
- • Ensure flawless delivery: Once a deal is signed, you stay in the cockpit with delivery teams, monitoring velocity, quality, and customer sentiment. You will run sprint reviews, risk-mitigation boards, and change-request councils, ensuring that every release not only meets contractual SLAs but also delights end users.
- • Champion customer advocacy internally: You feed real-world insights back into Nagarro’s Centers of Excellence—sharing friction points that shape our accelerators, reusable components, and training curricula—so that each new customer benefits from the lessons you learned with the last.
- • Build a network of champions: You map stakeholder ecosystems—business sponsors, IT leads, procurement gatekeepers—and nurture a coalition of advocates who will vouch for Nagarro when budgets are tight or politics flare. You will design executive immersion days, innovation hackathons, and reference-story videos that turn satisfied users into vocal fans.
- • Measure what matters: You define and track OKRs that tie customer outcomes (revenue growth, cost reduction, NPS) to Nagarro’s delivery metrics (cycle time, defect density, team happiness). You will publish monthly dashboards that show both sides of the story—value delivered and value still to be captured.
- • Scale your impact: You will mentor junior engagement leads, codify playbooks, and contribute to Nagarro’s global knowledge base so that best practices spread faster than any single person can travel.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in a customer-facing role managing complex digital transformation programs (consulting, presales, or delivery) for enterprise clients
- • Demonstrated success owning revenue targets (≥ €2 M ARR) and growing accounts through upsell/cross-sell
- • Proven ability to run discovery workshops, translate business needs into technical requirements, and author winning proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQ)
- • Excellent stakeholder management at VP/C-level; comfortable presenting to boards and steering committees
- • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus
