- • As an Engagement Manager at Dataiku, you will drive smooth client implementations of the Platform for AI Success, ensuring customers derive maximum value from data science and AI solutions through skilled coordination of deployment, training, and adoption.
- • Day to day, you will manage client relationships and needs, oversee implementation services estimation and delivery, lead service delivery teams, manage project budget and scope, identify and mitigate risks, assess customer feedback to refine offerings, facilitate technical discussions with engineering and data science leads, prioritize work based on KPIs and team capacity, and help evolve product lifecycle workflows.
- • You will join Dataiku’s Services team, part of a company that provides the enterprise orchestration layer for building, deploying, and governing AI, enabling organizations to run AI across multi-vendor environments with centralized governance and measurable business impact.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise AI project management, cross-functional leadership, customer success in SaaS environments, and translating technical capabilities into business value, positioning you for growth in AI services, delivery management, or product strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience leading project teams or cross-functional projects
- • Bachelor’s degree or military experience in a related field
- • Excellent understanding and practical experience with modern project management methodologies and software engineering processes
- • Excellent communication skills
- • Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risk, contingencies, reporting, and operations
- • High collaboration with partners, internal teams, consultants, third-party sellers, and customers
- • Must be currently located within the EST or CST regions of the United States
